‘Hocus Pocus 2’ Moving Forward At Disney+

A sequel and reboot of Disney’s holiday cult classic Hocus Pocus has been talked about for years now. Well thanks to a new report it looks like a sequel is indeed moving forward.

According to Collider, Workaholics co-writer and producer Jen D’Angelo has been tapped to write the script for Hocus Pocus 2, which is being developed for Disney+.

The film is in very early stages but D’Angelo has been tasked by Disney to find a way to bring back the original Sanderson sisters Bette Midler as Winifred, Sarah Jessica Parker as Sarah, and Kathy Najimy as Mary. As of now the actress are not officially attached, but the studio is hopeful they will be involved in some capacity.
