Owen Wilson Joins The Cast Of Disney+’s ‘Loki’ Series

Over the last couple of weeks, the cast of Disney+’s Loki has been rapidly growing and new reports showcase new characters will be making an appearance. Well-known actor, Owen Wilson (Wedding Crashers), has reportedly joined the cast, which ComicBook.com exclusively learned. No word on which character he will be playing or if it’s a brand new character.

The Zoolander actor is no stranger to the Disney company. He played the voice of Lightning McQueen in the Cars franchise, alongside actors Paul Newman, Larry the Cable Guy, Bonnie Hunt, Cheech Marin, George Carlin, and Michael Keaton.

No other information has been released.

Loki is set to debut on Disney+ in the Spring of 2021, with production set to kick off early this year.

Disney+’s Loki will see the return of Tom Hiddleston as Loki and will feature Sophia Di Martino (Flowers; Yesterday) in an undisclosed role. Kate Herron (Daybreak) will direct the series with Michael Waldron (Rick & Morty) writing the series.
