The Walt Disney Company is set to rerelease some of their biggest films Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century, as theaters across the nation slowly begin to reopen after nearly four months from being shut down due to the coronavirus.

According to Fandango Managing Editor Erik Davis, Disney will release these films at yet to be determined time, but will happen in the span of four week period.

These films include, The Avengers, The Empire Strikes Back, Black Panther, Deadpool, Zootopia, The Greatest Showman, Iron Man, The Force Awakens, Inside Out, and more to be revealed at later time.

Davis, goes on to say ”that it’s up to each individual theater to book these films, so you will not see every title in every available theater. Expect a bit of a mixed bag, depending on who books what.”

These are some of Disney’s most successful films both financially and critically, so we have to imagine films such as Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, Frozen 2, The Rise of Skywalker, possibly another Pixar and Disney Animation film, could also get a rerelease, perhaps even one of the live-action reimagining’s such as Aladdin or The Lion King, as they’ve become box office hits in their own right.
