Just announced at San Diego Comic-Con: Academy Award nominee Maria Bakalova will be lending her voice to the character of Cosmo the Space Dog in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
The character was previously introduced in the first film; however, it was not known that it could speak.
