[UPDATED: 15/9/2022:] New photo from Joe Schott (President & General Manager of Shanghai Disney Resort) shared on LinkedIn.
Although the opening date has been delayed due to consistent closures of Shanghai Disneyland, their second expansion (after Toy Story Land) is starting to take shape.
Images shared by former Imagineer Morgan Lee Richardson, who worked on the project, revealed that construction has started adding skyscrapers to the upcoming Zootopia-themed area.

Based on the 2016 animated film Zootopia (Zootropolis in some regions), guests will be invited to the city of Zootopia. The area will be home to shops, restaurants and a state-of-the-art E-Ticket attraction rumoured to be another trackless ride similar to Ratatouille: The Adventure and Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.
