The ship will set sail for the first time in 2024, though it’s unclear when its maiden voyage will occur (and where). However, Disney Cruise Line has revealed through its official website that the ship will transport passengers “on a shining, shimmering, splendid adventure, where the world we know meets fantastic worlds of the imagination.”
The company also revealed a video showing how the atrium will look like, inspired “by the mystery and grandeur of a gilded palace”, and “drawing from the influences of Asia and Africa.” Aladdin and Jasmine will also be the atrium’s statues. If the ship will be ready to sail in 2024, we should expect more details on it within the next year.
