Now Disney is hoping they can take that success to their upcoming streaming service set to launch next fall with a live-action/CGI remake of Lady And The Tramp. Now thanks to our friends over at OmegaUnderground, we have an update regarding the film.
According to the outlet production is expected to begin sometime this September in Atlanta and Savannah Georgia.
Charlie Bean, who directed The Lego Ninjago Movie, is attached to direct.
Brigham Taylor, who worked on the studio’s remake of The Jungle Book and currently working on Christopher Robin and The One And Only Ivan, is producing the project, Andrew Bujalski penned the script.
Lady And The Tramp isn’t the only live-action remake headed for the streaming service and shooting this September. Last week we reported that Disney’s live-action Sword In The Stone will begin production in late September.
