Starring Bradley Cooper, Nightmare Alley sees down-on-his-luck carney Stanton Carlisle (Cooper) hook up with a female psychiatrist who is even more dangerous than he is.
Directed by Guillermo del Toro and based upon the 1946 novel by Lindsay Gresham, Nightmare Alley is currently nominated for 4 Academy Awards, including Best Picture.
