Marvel’s Spider-Man: Far From Home was recently announced by Tom Holland himself on June 24th, 2018. Recently we have received news from Kevin Feige that the movie will supposedly take place in Europe with Peter on summer vacation.
“Well, when does the movie take place? We know it’s the summer. I think it’s summer vacation. I think he’s going to Europe with his friends. I don’t know what summer… I mean, I do know [but you don’t].”
With that quote we can assume that Feige is being pretty coy, with when future Marvel properties take place with certain character after the events of Avengers: Infinity War. It is still not yet confirmed whether or not Jake Gyllenhal will play the villain Mysterio, but the villain is most likely to make an appearance none the less.
Spider-Man: Far From Home is set to hit theaters on July 5th, 2019.
