With everyone still in shock from the sudden passing of Descendants and Jessie star Cameron Boyce late Saturday night, the Walt Disney Company has decided to honor him in an extraordinary way. The Descendants 3 Premiere was set to be on July 22nd. Disney has decided to cancel the premiere event and will instead donate to The Thirst Project.
The Thirst Project is a non-profit organization whose aim is to bring safe drinking water to communities around the world where it is not immediately available. Cameron was an advocate for the project. Disney said that they would dedicate the telecast of the new Descendants movie in his honor as well.

Cameron passed away last Saturday night in his sleep from an epileptic seizure; He was only 20 years old.
