A couple days ago, People.com released first look photos of the Lady and the Tramp live action coming to Disney+ on November 12.  D23 released another cute photo of the starring duo voiced by Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux.  The film not only uses real dogs for this live action instead of CGI, but they also made sure to cast rescue dogs for the part, who all ended up in “forever homes” after production had ended.  This photo, coming a week before the D23 Expo, is a hint of what will be focused on during the Disney+ presentation on Friday.

Lady and the Tramp will be directed by Charlie Bean and will feature voices from Janelle Monae, Ashley Jensen, Benedict Wong and Sam Elliot.  The film is set to drop the same day Disney+ becomes available to the public on November 12, 2019.
