Pixar Releases A New Behind The Scenes Featurette For ‘Onward’

Pixar Animation Studios has released a brand new behind the scenes featurette for their upcoming fantasy-adventure film Onward, which hits theaters next month.

Check out the video below, featuring the voice talents of Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Far From Home), Chris Pratt (Avengers: Endgame), and Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Seinfeld), along with director Dan Scanlon (Monsters University).

Set in a suburban fantasy world, Disney and Pixar’s Onward introduces two teenage elf brothers (voices of Pratt and Holland) who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left out there.

The film is also set to feature the voice talents of Mel Rodriguez (Little Miss Sunshine), who voices Officer Colt Bronco; Lena Waithe (Ready Player One), who lends her voice to Officer Specter; and Ali Wong (Ralph Breaks The Internet), the voice of Officer Gore. We also learned previously announced Octavia Spencer (Hidden Figures) voices the Manticore. Pixar goodluck charm John Ratzenberger will also voice a currently unknown character in the film.

Written by Scanlon, Jason Headley (A Bad Idea Gone Wrong), and Keith Bunin (Horns) Pixar Chief Creative Officer Pete Docter (Inside Out) will produce alongside Kori Rae (UP). Composing duo Jeff and Mychael Danna (The Good Dinosaur) will score.

Onward is set to hit theaters on March 6, 2020.
