‘Peter Pan & Wendy’ Gearing up For Additional Photography

Disney’s live-action adaptation of Peter Pan, titled Peter Pan & Wendy, finished filming last Summer. However, production on the upcoming Disney+ film is far from completion.

Peter Pan & Wendy is heading back to Vancouver for a week of additional photography starting next week. Filming is expected to only take less than a week, beginning on February 2 and shooting through February 8. The film completed initial filming in Vancouver last Spring before heading to Newfoundland and Labrador over the Summer. It is unknown, what scenes they are filming but with the Vancouver setting, it is likely additional scenes in Neverland.

Newcomer and Peter Pan actor took to Instagram today to reveal he is already on his way to Vancouver for next weeks shoot, with the caption, “Return to Neverland 💚✨💫”

Peter Pan & Wendy stars Jude Law (Fantastic Beasts, Captain Marvel) as Captain Hook; Ever Anderson (Black Widow) as Wendy; Molony (The Reluctant Landlord) as Peter Pan; Yara Shahidi (Black•ish) as Tinker Bell; Jim Gaffigan (Troop Zero); Molly Parker (House of Cards) as Mrs. Darling; Alan Tudyk (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) as Mr. Darling; newcomers Joshua Pickering as John; Jacobi Jupe, brother of actor Noah Jupe, as Michael and the aforementioned Wapanatâhk as Tiger Lily.

The film is directed by David Lowery (Pete’s DragonThe Green Knight) and produced by Jim Whitaker (Pete’s Dragon). omposer Daniel Hart, who most recently scored Lowery’s most recent film The Green Knight, will score.
