Star Wars: Waiting for Obi-Wan Kenobi

Just hours remain until The Saga returns to Tatooine….

One more sleep. Well, at least here on the East Coast. And then fans will pick up where Obi-Wan Kenobi left off after Revenge of the Sith – watching young Luke Skywalker on the desert planet of Tatooine.

Presumably, we will find Ben, née Obi-Wan watching over his best friend Anakin’s son, protecting the child from his father’s alter Sith Lord alter ego, Darth Vader.

And while we are excited to see the first two episodes of the series, we didn’t get much more in the way of officially released new footage at Star Wars Celebration 2022 this afternoon from Anaheim.

Meanwhile in Anaheim

Meanwhile, Anakin and Obi-Wan did make an appearance.

So, impatient padawans will need to settle for what the official social outlets provided throughout the last few days.

Obi-Wan: Clips & Clues

Moreover, most recently, we have the official recap of Obi-Wan’s journey.

“The Jedi are cowards,” says Reva the Inquisitor.

Then, there’s the meme generating bon mot from Owen to Ben.

We hear and see a glimpse of Darth Vader in this clip.

“The key to hunting Jedi is patience,” says the Grand Inquisitor in the below vid posted earlier this week.

Kenobi: Now, We Wait

And now — finally — we wait, Obi-Wan like, until the series debuts on Disney+.
