New Merch For ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ Gives us First Look at Namor

Whether it is next week with Thor: Love and Thunder, at San Diego Comic-Con later this month, or D23 Expo in September, we are close to getting our first official look at Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Today, a mysterious twitter account shared brand new merch that offers multiple new looks at characters and confirms something cool for another.

MCU_Facility shared the first look at Tenoch Huerta’s Namor, who is expected to be the primary antagonist of the film. The first look confirms the characters descent will be different from the comics, where instead of being from Atlantis, he will be of Mayan descent.

We also get a first look at one of Namor’s leaders Attuma. I’m hearing from sources that Attuma will be played by Mayan actor, Josué Maychi.

New looks at Shuri and Okoye, as they look ready to take center stage.

Lastly, we get a new look at the Wakanda Forever logo, as well designs for Riri Williams aka Ironheart. The designs basically confirm that we will be seeing the Ironheart suit, now whether it is on display or in action is a completely different story.

UPDATE: A new piece of Merch has dropped comfirming the Ironheart suit will be in use.

Ryan Coogler returns to direct the feature with the core cast from the film also returning, this includes Letitia Wright’s Shuri, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Winston Duke as M’Baku, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Martin Freeman as Everett Ross, and Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi. Narcos: Mexico star Tenoch Huerta and Michaela Coel also join the sequel, Coel is reportedly playing Madame Slade. Dominique Thorne will also make her debut as the character Riri Williams aka Ironheart.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever recently had its release date from July moved and is now set to hit theaters on November 11, 2022. Check back here at TheDisInsider.com as we continue to cover the MCU and everything at the house of mouse.
