Madame Web is currently filming in Boston and while we have seen some cool set photos of Dakota Johnson as the titular character, we have no clue who the other stars are playing.
This week, JustJared released a new batch of set photos for the Spider-Man project. The photos feature Adam Scott (Severance) looking very casual. He doesn’t appear to be an agent or government official, so who he is playing still remains quite the mystery. There is some fun speculation on Twitter that he could be playing a version of Peter Parker. Take a look at the photos yourself and let us know your guess.
Madame Web has an all star cast that also includes Emma Roberts, Sydney Sweeny, Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, and Mike Epps. As of now, Sony is keeping who the cast is playing under wraps. S.J. Clarkson directs the project, based on the comic book character who is a clairvoyant mutant specializing in predicting the future of Spider-themed superheroes. It appears the film will follow the younger Madame Web Julia Carpenter, who is the second character to take on the mantle following Casandra Webb.
The Sony/Marvel feature just received a new release date and will now hit theaters on October 6, 2023.
