New ‘Ironheart’ Set Photo May Confirm ‘Doctor Strange’ Character Zelma Stanton
Marvel’s Ironheart series is currently filming and a Twitter user seems to have made a connection to a famous Doctor Strange character.
Reports have suggested that actress Regan Aliyah will portray Zelma Stanton, who is Doctor Strange’s apprentice and ally. However, a new set photo seemingly confirms the character’s involvement.
The set photo features a store called “Stanton’s Sweets, Reads, & More” and could reference the character. But as of right now, this is all speculation.
Regan Aliyah joined the cast back in August of this year,.
The six-episode series is set to star Dominique Thorne, who plays the titular hero, and Anthony Ramos, who plays Parker Robbins aka The Hood, an ally of Williams’s who dons a hood that allows him to tap into dark arts and magic. The series also stars Sacha Baron Cohen, Lyric Ross, Harper Anthony, Manny Montana, Alden Ehrenreich, Shea Couleé, Zoe Terakes, Regan Aliyah, Shakira Barrera, and Rashida “Sheedz” Olayiwola have been cast in undisclosed roles.
The series follows Genius teenage inventor Riri Williams (Thorne), who creates the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man. The character and her tech will make their MCU debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which hit theaters this November.
