Disney Teaming Up With Fox & Warner Bros For New Sports Streaming Service

Three of the the biggest companies in the world are about to team up for something even bigger.

It was announced this week that The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Discovery and (what’s left of) Fox Corp are collaborating on a new sports streaming service. The service will house each company’s sports programming – ESPN, TNT and FOX Sports – all under one roof.

Subscribers will get access to content that is currently available on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, ACC Network, ESPNews, ABC, Fox, FS1, FS2, BTN, TNT, TBS, truTV and ESPN+. That’s not including the thousands of hours of games played by the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL and many top college divisions.

No name has been decided on just yet. And pricing is set to be unveiled at a later date as well. Variety estimates that the cost will likely equate to a little more than other streaming platform because of the amount of content is will present.

All three companies plan to launch the app in the fall.
