After multiple delays, Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts has finally begun production. Today, star Florence Pugh has given fans a peek at the project.

In the video posted to her Instagram, Pugh is donning her Yelena Belova combat suit, then moves the camera to show off some of the set structures, which are still being put together. We even get a peek at the new logo. She also speaks with director Jake Schreier, who is jokingly telling Pugh to be careful what she shows… you know Marvel sniper are out there, haha!

The film also stars Sebastian Stan, Hannah John-Kamen, Wyatt Russell, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, David Harbour, Olga Kurylenko, Harrison Ford, and Lewis Pullman. Additionally, Geraldine Viswanathan has been cast as de Fontaine’s assistant, while Laurence Fishburne and Rachel Weisz are expected to reprise their MCU roles as Bill Foster and Melina Vostokoff. In the film, a group of antiheroes goes on missions for the government.

Thunderbolts is scheduled to be released in the United States on May 2, 2025, as the last film of Phase Five of the MCU.
