Today’s Nintendo Direct was jampacked with surprise and exciting announcenments that have gamers in a frenzy. One particular announcement is of great interest to the true believers of Marvel as Capcom, developer of iconic series such as Street Fighter, Mega Man and Monster Hunter, announced a brand new MARVEL VS CAPCOM collection!
This collection will feature some of the most iconic games in the history of both companies, ranging from X-Men: Children of the Atom, to their very first crossover “X-MEN VS STREET FIGHTER”, and of course it’s follow ups “MARVEL SUPERHEROES VS STREET FIGHTER”, “MARVEL VS CAPCOM: CLASH OF SUPERHEROES” and “MARVEL VS CAPCOM: NEW AGE OF HEROES”.
Surprisingly, it will also feature the true first collaboration between Marvel and Capcom with the inclusion of “The Punisher” beat’ em up game. In addition, all the fighting games in the collection will feature online multiplayer, begginer friendly modes such as “Training Mode” and of course a huge museum of art and music like previous Capcom collections.
This compilation of legendary titles will release later in 2024!
