It’s with a heavy heart that we at The DisInsider report that the great Catherine O’Hara has died.

TMZ was the first to report her death, which it says happened early Friday. The cause has yet to be determined.

O’Hara appeared in dozens of films over the course of her career, but she was most known for her roles in films like Beetlejuice and Home Alone.

In recent years, she gained renewed notoriety for her role in the series Schitt’s Creek. She also appeared Pixar’s elemental.

She was 71 years old.
