D23 AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Footage Breakdown!

Today at the D23 expo marvel studios showed footage of their most anticipated movie, the movie the entire MCU has been building towards, Avengers: Infinity War and we have a breakdown of what was shown to fans at the D23 expo. With Kevin Feige, Joe Russo, and many of The Avengers along with a few Guardians Of The Galaxy on stage we got a glimpse of the movie. The Trailer beings with an unconscious Thor, still in his gladiator armor from Thor Ragnarok, hitting the Guardians Of The Galaxy’s ship. Then they bring him inside and is woken up by Mantis, he asks “what’s going on?” than Thor and Rocket are on the ship talking Thor says “somethings not right”. Next on Earth, the Avengers are dealing with death and destruction, then it shows Loki with the Tesseract, and Peter Parker on a bus and his arm hair starts to stand up. Thanos is shown squeezing Thor’s head. Spider-Man is in the suit from the end of ‘Spider-Man Homecoming’ the suits eyes glow blue. Another shot of Peter on the ground with his mask off being held by Iron Man saying he’s sorry over and over, he looks beaten, they all look beaten. A giant ship with Thanos lands to battle the Avengers, the world looks brutal. Thanos flexes his arm with the Guantlet on it not fully complete still missing a gem, fire and death rain down from the sky. Black Panther and The Winter Solider are shown with an army Wakkanda is under attack from an army from Thanos. Hulkbuster Armor is shown in an open field. Doctor Strange, Iron Man, and the Guardians are shown together fighting in space, Doctor Strange makes platforms for Star Lord to jump on and off of. The Guardians are defeated, Thanos pummels Iron Man, they all look terrified as Thanos says “Fun really isn’t something one considers when balancing the universe,” Thanos said. ‘This does put a smile on my face.” The with a complete gauntlet throws energy from a hole in space. Someone says “Death follows him like a shadow” of Thanos. Gamora is in the Collectors lair, it is destroyed and she is crying. Black Widow is shown with Blonde Hair. Captain America shows up with a beard and long messy hair. The trailer ends with Thanos throwing a moon at The Avengers. The films trailer is more colorful like recent Marvel movie trailers have been, with a focus on gold. No word on if this footage will be released to the public but with Marvel’s track record don’t get your hopes up. We will most likely see the first trailer in October. “As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos.
