Aladdin & Jasmine About To Experience A Whole New World In A New Clip From ‘Aladdin’

It’s been over 25 years since fans originally saw Aladdin and Princess Jasmine together on the big screen. And soon, Disney is bringing the couple together for “A Whole New World.” That’s right, the live-action adaptation of Aladdin is just a few weeks away!

Before the premiere, Disney has released the first clip of Aladdin and Jasmine together. Well, it’s actually Prince Ali and Princess Jasmine. It’s the classic balcony scene where Aladdin visits Jasmine on her palace balcony. With a little help from Genie and the Magic Carpet, of course. The clip also shows the first look at Jasmine’s tiger, Rajah.

The movie will also star Will Smith as the Genie, Marwan Kenzari as Jafar, Navid Negahban as The Sultan, Nasim Pedrad (SNL) as new character Dalia, Billy Magnussen (Into The Woods) as Prince Anders, and Alan Tudyk (Ralph Breaks The Internet) as the voice of Iago.

“Aladdin” is the exciting tale of the charming street rat Aladdin, the courageous and self-determined Princess Jasmine and the Genie who may be the key to their future. Directed by Guy Ritchie, the film is written by John August and Ritchie based on Disney’s animated classic “Aladdin.”

Aladdin will be released in theaters on May 24, 2019.
