Angela Bassett to Narrate Docuseries ‘The Imagineering Story’ Debuting On Disney+

The Disney+ streaming service will be debuting another documentary series titled The Imagineering Story, narrated by Black Panther and American Horror Story star Angela Bassett.

Created by director and producer Leslie Iwerks, granddaughter of the co-creator of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse, Ub Iwerks, the series is focused on the remarkable history of Walt Disney Imagineering and the people behind the attractions of Disney’s Parks worldwide, including exclusive interviews and footage of Disney’s global imagineering and parks.

Stay tuned for further announcements during the D23 Expo this weekend, including this Sunday, regarding the series and the involvement of Angela Bassett.

The Imagineering Story is just one of many to join the platform, also set to debut is Disney’s live-action Lady and the Tramp remake, Noelle, Magic Camp, The Mandalorian, Monsters At Work, High School Musical The Series, Stargirl, Diary of a Female President, Love, Simon, Marvel’s 616 docuseries, a Disney themed cooking show Be our Chef, The Muppets, and more.
