‘Lizzie McGuire’ Fan Favorites Are Back For The Disney+ Series

The squad is back! Lalaine Vergara-Paras (Miranda Sanchez), Adam Lamberg (“Gordo”) and Clayton Snyder (Ethan Craft) are officially reprising their roles for the Lizzie McGuire series on Disney+.

We don’t know if they’re going to be series regulars or cameos yet, but fans can be rest assured that they’ll at least get some sort of Lizzie and Gordo content. Hilary has made Gordo’s comeback official.

Fans were a bit disappointed when Disney announced that Lizzie had a boyfriend in the show that doesn’t seem to be Gordo. Hopefully, with Lamberg’s comeback, they’ll at least tie up some loose ends with that beloved relationship.

The rest of Lizzie’s family were also confirmed for the show last month.

As we previously learned during D23 Expo, Hilary Duff is going back to her Disney roots to reboot Lizzie McGuire.  Lizzie is now in her 30’s and working her dream job in New York and dating a guy who owns a pizzeria. Although she’s still the Lizzie we know and love and instead of facing challenges of growing up, she’ll be facing challenges of being a grown-up.

Lizzie McGuire will start to film later this year with a hopeful Summer 2020 release.
