When the new Star Wars trilogy was announced, the directors were already chosen for each film. JJ Abrams was scheduled for the first film, Rian Johnson for the second, and Colin Trevorrow for the third. However, Trevorrow eventually dropped out of the directors chair.

New details have just recently leaked, showing us what was in Trevorrow’s Star Wars script.
Filmmaker, Robert Meyer Burnett, took to reddit to breakdown the script and eventually graduated on to YouTube.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is currently in theaters everywhere.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker sees the return of stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Kelly Marie Tran, Joonas Suotamo, and Billie Lourd.
