WWE Superstar Sasha Banks Reportedly Joins ‘The Mandalorian’ Season 2

One of 2019’s biggest successes was the Disney+ Star Wars series, The Mandalorian. With a second season in the works, the series may have added a WWE superstar.

According to Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast, they have learned that pro wrestler Sasha Banks has joined the cast for the highly-anticipated second season. As of now, it is unknown who Banks is playing or how big of a role she has but our guess is she could be an antagonist who may go up against fellow female sports superstar Gina Carano.

Pro Wrestling Sheet has since reached out to sources of its own, which “tell us their information is accurate.” The site goes on to report that Banks has already filmed some of her scenes. For now Disney nor Lucasfilm have yet to confirm this report.
