One of the breakout stars, Rebecca Hall (The Town) who plays Dr. Maya Hansen, recalls her experience on the film and reveals the role was much different than we saw on screen.

“Yeah! She was meant to be a sort of – oh god, I can’t even remember probably now. In the first script that I read she was in it to the end and she created whatever that serum-y thing was and then she sort of saved it by doing an act of martyrdom at the end and there was a whole like, she was evil but then she tries to be good at the end situation. It was a better part.”

The Rebecca Hall Iron Man 3 Character Was Reduced

This could have made the story a lot more interesting, due to the fact that she was a major part in Tony Stark’s past. What do you guys think? Could this have made the movie better or worse? Let us know in the comments below!
