Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
“Feel like you’ve shrunk down to Chef Remy’s size for a 4D culinary adventure based on the Disney and Pixar film Ratatouille. When you’re small, life is a big adventure!”

Location: France Pavilion, Epcot
Opening Date: October 1st, 2021
Description: This 4D ride will be opening for the 50th in Epcot. It has been open the last few weeks for previews for cast members and annual pass holders. The ride is a clone from the version at Walt Disney Studios in Disneyland Paris. The attraction will require a virtual boarding group, similar to what was needed for Rise of the Resistance.
TRON LightCycle Power Run

Location: Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom
Opening Date: Unknown, Expected in 2022-2023
Description: Rollercoaster themed to TRON. This coaster first appeared in Shanghai Disneyland five years ago. The new attraction is situated in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom. The opening of the attraction has been pushed back several times due to the covid 19 pandemic.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Location: World Discovery, Epcot
Opening Date: Unknown, Expected in 2022-2023
Description: Guardians of the Galaxy themed ‘story-coaster.’ This new ride has been under construction since 2017. The opening has been delayed numerous times due to the covid 19 pandemic.
Moana’s Journey of Water

Location: World Nature, Epcot
Opening Date: Unknown, Expected in 2022-2023
Description: Walk through experience themed to Disney Animation’s Moana. The attraction is said to feature interactive water elements. The project was postponed due to covid 19. While no opening date has been announced, there has been significant construction in the area over the last few months.
Play! Pavilion

Location: World Discovery, Epcot
Opening Date: Unknown, Status of Project Unknown
Description: Interactive experience in former Wonders of Life building. Recent announcements by Disney regarding upcoming projects have failed to mention this attraction, leading many to believe it might be shelved for good. We will keep you posted.
Attraction Updates, Overhauls, and Refurbs
Jungle Cruise
“Chart a course for high adventure on a scenic and comedic boat tour of exotic rivers across Asia, Africa and South America.”

Location: Adventureland, Magic Kingdom
Opening Date: Open Now, with more to come
Description of Changes: The ‘world famous’ Jungle Cruise has been going through some updates all summer at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. The ride is seeing some updates to animatronics and many problematic scenes being revamped to reflect our current times. This is an ongoing project in Walt Disney World, however, over in Disneyland, the same project has been completed. Not only are some scenes being changed, but a new storyline has been created to add some continuity to the skipper’s script.
Hall of Presidents
“Behold all 45 Presidents of the United States in a stirring show tracing the nation’s history.”

Location: Liberty Square, Magic Kingdom
Opening Date: Open Now
Description of Changes: This attraction has been updated to include the current US President, Joe Biden. The addition was completed over the summer.
Mickey’s PhilharMagic
“Disney magic meets Disney music in this spectacular 12-minute, 3D fantasy adventure starring Donald Duck.”
Location: Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom
Opening Date: November 12th, 2021
Description of Changes: Disney Pixar’s Coco will be added to the show. There will also be some upgrades to the projection technology added in mid October. The upgrades to the theater along with the added Coco scene, will debut on November 12th, 2021.
