The multiverse is expanding! Starting on May 6th, America Chavez will be making an appearance in Avengers Campus at Disney’s California Adventure. Actress Xochitl Gomez, who will be playing the character in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, took to the Disney Parks Blog to make this announcement!
Since Avengers Campus opened last July, many exciting Marvel characters have joined the land coinciding with new movies and Disney+ shows. Kate Bishop, Moon Knight, and Shang-Chi are some of the new characters who have suited up. They join Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, and many others helping guests become honorary Avengers during their visit.
It is still unknown how America Chavez will meet guests in the land. She may be on top of Avengers Headquarters or be seen interacting with guests due to the recent reintroduction of character meet and greets at the U.S parks.
Avengers Campus is located at Disney’s California Adventure at the Disneyland resort. Another version of the land is expected to open to new recruits this summer at Disneyland Paris as a part of their 30th Anniversary Celebration.
