Composer Amie Doherty (Undone) is currently composing original music for Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, Film Music Reporter has learned.
The series, which debuts on the streamer next month, follows Jennifer Walters, a lawyer specializing in cases involving superhumans, who also becomes the green superhero She-Hulk.
Tatiana Maslany stars as Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk, alongside Jameela Jamil, Josh Segarra, Ginger Gonzaga, Jon Bass, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Tim Roth, Mark Ruffalo, and Benedict Wong. The series is created by series created by Jessica Gao, who also serves as head writer. Kat Cairo and Anu Valia both direct multiple episodes of the nine-episode series.
Doherty was the first woman to score an animated feature for DreamWorks. Her most prominent works are Spirit Untamed, Undone, Here and Now, Love You to Death, The High Note, Battle at Big Rock, and Happiest Season. In addition to her composing work, she has orchestrated and conducted scores for numerous TV series including Star Trek: Discovery, Star Trek: Picard, Fargo, The Umbrella Academy, and Altered Carbon; and for musicians including Lady Gaga and 50 Cent.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is scheduled to premiere on August 17, 2022
