As soon as they fought a manticore, Annabeth fell off a cliff along with the creature and was captured by the forces of Kronos, the Titan Lord.
It’s now up to Percy, Thalia, Grover, and a few companions to save Annabeth before the war on Olympus begans.

The third season of Percy Jackson will be based on the third novel of the series, The Titan’s Curse making it the first time to ever be adapted on screen having the first two novels being adapted in film.
The Titan’s Curse is darker compared to the first two books, Lightning Thief and Sea of Monsters which are more light-hearted.
Stakes are raised much higher within the story, more action-heavy and more emotional heartbeats and even meeting new characters who are fan-favorites in the book.
The Titan’s Curse introduces many new characters that are very important to the story and the quest that involves Percy, Grover, and Thalia.
The show will be introducing powerful demigod siblings Bianca and Nico di Angelo and will be played by newcomers, Olive Abercrombie and Levi Chrisopulos.
The di Angelo siblings are fan-favorite characters with not just this third story but throughout the series.
The Hunters of Artemis plays a prominent role in this third story with Artemis, goddess of Moon and her hunters alongside lieutenant Zoë Nightshade, saving Percy and his friends from a monster until Annabeth goes missing.
Also we’ll see more of the Greek gods as teased in the trailers where Percy and Thalia goes to Mount Olypmus to the God’s winter solstice meeting.
This will be the most adventurous season yet as it’s up to Percy Jackson to save not only Annabeth, but Olympus as Kronos is slowly returning to go up against the Gods and destroy Olympus.
