Just in from Disney’s D23 Lucasfilm presentation: Christian Slater will round out the cast of Disney’s Willow sequel series.
He joins the previously announced Warwick Davis, Erin Kellyman, Ellie Bamber, Tony Revolori, and Ralph Ineson.
It isn’t clear who Slater will be playing, but at the panel the actor remarked that the role allowed him to improvise a lot.

Picking up many years after Ron Howard’s film ended, the movie will follow Willow Ulfgood assembling a new team of heroes, to rescue the kidnapped twin brother of a princess.
The series is produced by Lucasfilm, created by Jonathan Kasdan and Wendy Mericle, with some episodes directed by Stephen Woolfenden.
The series will be premiering on November 30th exclusively on Disney+.
