Last we saw Temuera Morrison in the Star Wars universe was in The Mandalorian spin-off The Book of Boba Fett. Well, fans of Morrison won’t have to wait long to see him again.
According to One Take News, Morrison will return in the upcoming Ahsoka series as Captain Rex, a Clone Commander who was a prominent part of shows like Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels.
Set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka follows the former Jedi knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy. Rosario Dawson reprises her role as the titular character.
stars Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, and the late Ray Stevenson in his final small screen role. The series is written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Karen Gilchrist is co-executive producer.
