Meet New Versions Of Classic Superheroes In Marvel’s ‘Annihilation 2099’

The future of the Marvel Universe is going cosmic for “ANNIHILATION 2099” this July!

Veteran Marvel writer Steve Orlando has been instrumental in revitilizing Marve’s 2099 brand in recent years, and now he will take the next step by expanding into cosmic territory and introduce new 2099 takes on many Marvel cosmic heroes.

Aided by notorious artists such as  Nick Bradshaw, Ibraim Roberson, José Luis, Pete Woods, Ario Anindito, and Dale Eaglesham, Orlando will debut brand new 2099 versions of many Marvel characters all in preparation for a bold new vission of the Annihilation story arc.

Releasing weekly throughout the month of July, this new initiative will introduce Nova 2099, Star Lord 2099, Red Hulk 2099, and Silver Surfer 2099 as well as the reintroduction of Dracula 2099., presenting a perfect jumping on point for new readers as well as long-time fans.

Written by Steve Orlando and illustrated by Ibraim Roberson, the opening salvo of Annihilation 2099 will mark the debut of Nova 2099 as he battles a cult in the outer reaches of space.

The subsequent issues will introduce Star Lord 2099 as she battles Quasar, the Silver Surfer of 2099 in his fight against his former master Mephisto, Red Hulk 2099 and Terrax the Planet Hunter and finally Dracula 2099 as he invades a planet in perpetual darkness.
