Natasha Lyonne Latest to Join Marvel’s ‘The Fantastic Four’

Marvel Studios is continuing to bolster its cast for The Fantastic Four with A-listers. Well, the studio isn’t slowing down as the lead of one of AppleTV+’s hit shows is joining the cast.

According to Deadline, Natasha Lyonne (Poker Face)has just signed on to join the cast. She joins an all star cast that includes Pedro Pascal (Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby (Sue Storm/Invisible Girl), Joseph Quinn (Johnny Storm/Human Torch), Ebon Moss-Bachrach ( Ben Grimm/The Thing), Julia Garner (Silver Surfer), and Ralph Ineson (Galactus). John Malkovich and Paul Walter Hauser are also on board in unknown roles.

Lyonne’s role is being kept under wraps.

Fantastic Four has been written by Avatar scribe Josh Friedman, but Black Widow and Thor: Ragnorak scribe Erik Pearson is expected to polish the script. Matt Shakman (WandaVision) is set to direct. Moon Knight producers Grant Curtis and Nick Pepin are also on board.

For Disney, Natasha Lyonne played Shelly Krippendorf in the 1998 Touchstone Pictures film Krippendorf’s Tribe, Tanya Pincus in Ad Astra, and Darci in the 2001 Miramax film Kate & Leopold. Fans will be recognize her for her role as Nicole “Nicky” Nichols in the Netflix comedy-drama series Orange is the New Black and Jessica in the American Pie film series.

Fantastic Four will now hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
