Julia Butters is in talks to join Disney’s highly anticipated Freaky Friday 2, The InSneider has learned.
Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, who starred in the original, were also in talks to return, though the studio has not officially confirmed any of its cast, including Curtis and Lohan. As to who Butters is playing, we’ll, that’s being kept under wraps at this time.
Late Night and Welcome to Chippendales director Nisha Ganatra to direct the project. Production is expected to begin in Los Angeles this Summer.
