At this year’s New York Comic-Con, the second season of Disney’s Goosebumps took center stage – literally. Not only was it one of the main shows advertised throughout the convention, but Disney held a special panel to close out the weekend.
At the convention, fans were given a first official look at the trailer for the second season. You can check it out below!
But that’s not all! During the panel it was revealed that this season would be heavily inspired by a new set of R.L. Stine classics. They include: “Stay Out of the Basement, “The Haunted Car,” “Monster Blood,” “The Girl Who Cried Monster,” “The Ghost Next Door,” and “Welcome to Camp Nightmare”, as well as several others.
Additionally, it was revealed that one of the episodes will attempt to take the series in a brand new direction. Without giving too much away, series creator Rob Letterman confirmed that one of the episodes will be “found footage.” If you think that’s cool, he added that Disney tapped The Blair Witch Project director Eduardo Sanchez to helm it!
