After 15 years, tenured producer Nate Moore will be leaving Marvel Studios next year.
According to Deadline, Moore is looking to focus on producing projects outside of the blockbuster mill.
Despite his intention to step away, the outlet reports that Moore will stay on for two more projects. The first will be the upcoming Captain America: Brave New World. The second will be the third Black Panther film.

The mere mention of the latter is the first time the studio has even acknowledged it’s existence. However, it is not entirely surprising considering that the first Black Panther film was one of the main projects Moore shepherded at the company. It ended up being the studio’s most critically and commercially successful franchises to date.
Speaking to Deadline, fellow producers Kevin Feige and Louis D’Esposito said, “Nate is a fantastic executive and colleague as well as a wonderful friend to all of us here at Marvel Studios…Although we’ll miss him a great deal, we look forward to watching what he does next while also having the good fortune of working with him in a new way on our next ‘Black Panther’ movie.”
Other projects Moore oversaw during his time at Marvel include Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1, Eternals and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
