According to The Hollywood Reporter , Disney and Marvel are currently developing a Disney+ Ms. Marvel series!
The series will be of the latest iteration of Marvel’s super heroine, Kamala Khan, who is also their first Muslim super heroine. Hulu’s Four Weddings and a Funeral writer, Brisha K. Ali has signed on to be the series’ writer and showrunner.
“Ms. Marvel as a comic and heroine has existed since 1976, with the character Carol Danvers using the name for her crime-fighting escapades. Several other characters have briefly taken up the mantle, and Danvers herself became Captain Marvel in 2012.”
The series will focus on the shape-shifting Pakistani-American teenager Kamala Khan from New Jersey, while there is no report yet of when the series will premiere, hopefully it will tie in with the other MCU shows such as the Loki series, WandaVision, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and Hawkeye!
