We’re only two more weeks away from the premiere of The Mandalorian, and it will be packing a major Star Wars reveal when it arrives.
Entertainment Weekly reports the series “contains a dramatic Star Wars universe spoiler” in its first episode, which is why advance screeners will not be distributed to members of the media.

The Mandalorian takes place three years after the events of Return of the Jedi and centers on a bounty hunter in the Outer Rim. The show stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito, and Carl Weathers. Written and executive produced by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, it will feature several episodic directors including Bryce Dallas Howard and Taika Waititi.
“After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.”
The Mandalorian premieres November 12th on Disney+, a brand new trailer is set to debut tonight.
