Gemma Chan Confirms That The ‘Eternals’ Has Wrapped Production

Gemma Chan, who will be playing Sersi, has went to Twitter today to confirm that Marvel’s Eternals has finally wrapped production. The film’s wrap party was over the weekend, which featured the cast showing their excitement through various photos. Eternals will now head into post-production, which means there is a trailer on the horizon; not anytime soon, but on the horizon nonetheless.

Marvel Studios’ The Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s most ancient enemy, The Deviants.

Directed by Chloe Zhao (The Rider), The film stars Richard Madden (Cinderella), Kit Harrington (Game of Thrones), Ma-Dong Seok (Train to Busan), Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick), Salma Hayek (Frida), Lauren Ridloff (The Walking Dead), Lia McHugh (The Lodge), Brian Tyree Henry (Joker), Gemma Chan (Captain Marvel), Barry Keoghan (Dunkirk), and Angelina Jolie (Maleficent: Mistress of Evil).

Marvel Studios’ Eternals will hit theaters on November 6, 2020.
