Downtown Disney began its reopening on July 9th with complimentary parking in the Simba Parking lot and new safety measures that have been implemented for Cast Members and guests upon their visit. These measures include:

• guests and employee temperature screenings
• hand sanitizer and hand-washing stations
• physical distance barriers and signage
•  face coverings (does not include neck gaiters, open chin bandanas, face coverings with valves, mesh materials, or holes)

At select retail locations, guests are able to provide a cast member with their phone number to receive a text message when they’re able to return to ensure the store does not exceed capacity and shopping can be done safely. *Visiting Downtown Disney defines the understanding of running the risks of exposure to COVID-19, be courteous to those around you upon your visit by sanitizing, wearing the proper face covering, and complying with the measures for the safety of all Cast Members and guests.
