Nearly one year ago, The Muppets Studio got a new redesigned logo.

Today. the actual characters themselves got one too.

The logo was revealed by the company this morning on Twitter.

Now, you’re probably wondering what’s the difference is. The latest one (shown above) will be used for any future merchandise or packaging connected to The Muppets we all know and love including Kermit, Gonzo, etc. If you look closely enough, you can clearly tell this latest logo pays homage to the iconic talking frog too.

The one for Muppets Studio, on the other hand (which you can see and read more about here), is more of a production emblem that will appear before any future entertainment projects developed by the company. This includes the upcoming Disney+ series The Muppets Mayhem.

In March, we exclusively reported that the series will shoot through the Summer.

The series was developed by Adam F. Goldberg, Bill Barretta, and Jeff Yorkes based on characters created by Jim Henson. It is written by Adam F. Goldberg (The Goldbergs), Bill Barretta (The MuppetsMuppets Haunted Mansion), and Jeff Yorkes, the executive producers are Goldberg, Barretta, Michael Bostick, and Kris Eber.  Yorkes is a co-executive producer. The Muppets Studio’s David Lightbody and Leigh Slaughter are also executive producers.

The Disney Branded Television series is produced by ABC Signature and The Muppets Studio for Disney+.
