Voice Actress Cree Summer Joins Marvel’s ‘Ironheart’

Veteran voice actress Cree Summer (Atlantis: The Lost Empire) has joined the cast of Ironheart, Deadline is reporting. Details on who Summer is playing is being kept under wraps.

The trade also added to there report more on Sacha Baron Cohen’s involvement, who is heavily rumored to play Mephisto. Cohen may appear later inIronheart’s run, with Episodes 5 and 6 considered likely. In addition to in-person scenes, rumor is that there have been scans for CGI effects, which would make the Mephisto rumors likely.

The six episode series is set to star

Dominique Thorne, who plays the titular hero and Anthony Ramos, who plays Parker Robbins aka The Hood, an ally of Williams’s who dons a hood that allows him to tap in to dark arts and magic. The series also stars Lyric Ross, Harper Anthony, Manny Montana, Alden Ehrenreich, Shea Couleé, Zoe Terakes, Regan Aliyah, Shakira Barrera, and Rashida “Sheedz” Olayiwola have been cast in undisclosed roles.

The series follows Genius teenage inventor Riri Williams (Thorne), who creates the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man. The character and her tech will make their MCU debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which hit theaters this November.
