A brand new nighttime entertainment offering has arrived this week at Disneyland Paris, titled Magic Over Disney

The new nighttime spectacular features a blend of music, fireworks and projection mapping on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. It also features footage from films including The Jungle Book, Aladdin, Frozen, Coco as well as Mickey Mouse & Friends. The new show lasts for just short of 10 minutes.

The new show is part of Disneyland Paris’ latest promotion, “Disney Magical Weeks” which coincides with the resort’s 30th Anniversary. Magic Over Disney will take place this week and then during another in January. However, the show isn’t available every night. It is certainly an odd decision by Disney. Walt Disney Studios Park would benefit from some form of live entertainment, especially with a considerable amount of time left before the expansion is complete.

This also isn’t the first iteration of a “Magic Over” show at Disneyland Paris. Back in 2020, a Frozen themed Magic Over Lake Disney played on January 24th, 27th and 29th. There were plans for more sooner, however, lockdowns and the parks being closed for quite some time prevented this.

Magic Over Disney is available with valid park admission on November 9th and January 19th, 23th and 25th, 2023.

Would you consider making a trip to Disneyland Paris just for this sporadic show?
