First Look at Tiana Animatronic For ‘Tiana’s Bayou Adventure’

Disney has unveiled the first look at the Tiana animatronic that will be featured in Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Thanks to a new video from Disney Parks, we get to see the animatronic in action. Additionally, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World will open in the summer of 2024. It was originally announced to open in late 2024, so this is months earlier than anticipated. Disneyland’s attraction is expected to open later in 2024.

Per Disney Parks, join Princess Tiana and jazz-loving alligator Louis on their journey through a shimmering bayou as they prepare for a spirited celebration during Mardi Gras season. Along the way, you’ll see familiar faces and make new friends as you’re brought into the next chapter of Tiana’s inspiring story.

The attraction is bringing back the talented voice cast from Princess and the Frog, including Anika Noni Rose as Tiana, Bruce Campos as Prince Naveen, Jenifer Lewis as Mama Odie, and Michael-Leon Wooley as Louis. Disney has also stated the attraction will feature new, original music in addition to music from Princess and the Frog.
