It’s been nearly a year and a half since we last got a proper update on Marvel’s Vision Quest. While the studio has been radio silent, it appears that production might be ramping up rather quickly.
According to industry insider Daniel RPK, production on Vision Quest is expected to begin this year! More specifically, the studio is eyeing an October start date.
That’s not all! Additionally, it appears that filming will begin in the UK.
Coincidentally, the project might begin production at the same time Marvel is reportedly planning on releasing its other WandaVision spin-off, Agatha.
Now, because this bit of info has yet to be confirmed by a major trade or Marvel Studios, we must urge you to take it with a grain of salt. Still, given RPK’s track record, we are inclined to believe it’s true.
And if true, that means we’re likely to get more frequent updates – and potentially even some casting news – in the coming months.

While plot details are being kept under wraps; however, it will focus on Vision trying to regain his memory and humanity. A writer’s room is being put together next week. The trade goes on to add that there is a possibility for Elizabeth Olsen’s return as Wanda Maximoff in the series, which would make sense due to Maximoff and Vision’s history throughout the MCU over the last 7 years.
The new spinoff is being unofficially referred to by some as the White Vision project after the most recent on-screen version of the character. Introduced at the end of Episode 8 of WandaVision, White Vision was created by S.W.O.R.D. by rebuilding and reactivating Vision’s body and sent on a mission to destroy Wanda and her “Conditional” Vision. The character would go on to fight Wanda’s created Vision only to relearn his past events and fly off, nowhere to be found.
