Fantastic Four, Naked Gun remake, Chris Farley biopic, that is just a few big projects Paul Walter Hauser has joined in the last few months. Well, he has just booked another big gig.
According to Deadline, Hauser has joined the upcoming Bruce Springsteen movie Deliver Me From Nowhere, which has The Bear‘s Jeremy Allen White set to star as the iconic singer. While unconfirmed at this time, the trade hears Hauser will portray Springsteen’s longtime guitar tech Mike Batlan. Jeremy Strong is also attached playing Springsteen’s manager Jon Landau.
Nebraska will accompany Bruce Springsteen on his journey to create his 1982 album, Nebraska. As reported by Deadline, the forthcoming film about Springsteen’s life will chronicle his efforts in crafting his sixth studio album, Nebraska, released in 1982.
Springsteen and Landau are involved in the making of the movie, which is expected to start shooting in the fall. Scott Cooper is directing with 20th Century Studios producing.
As for Paul Walter Hauser, he has seen quite a rise to fame. For Disney, he played Horace Badun in Cruella and will voice Embarrassment in the 2024 Disney/Pixar film Inside Out 2. He also played Richie in the FX comedy It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
