The first part of the final season of Stranger Things is set premiere next week, but star Sadie Sink is already preparing for her what comes after…
While it was already reported that she would be starring in the next Spider-Man film alongside Tom Holland, Deadline now reports that her appearance won’t be a one-off. In an article posted overnight by the outlet, it was revealed the actress would be joining appearing in the next Avengers film.

Now, to be clear, this does not mean she’ll make an appearance in Avengers: Doomsday. Sink will be in London for the first few months of 2026 working on her next stage play, an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. However, the outlet specifically states it works out perfectly because it aligns with the filming of the next Avengers movie (which at this point is supposed to be Secret Wars) that is also supposed to be shooting there sometime next year.
As of now, Deadline is the only outlet reporting on Sink’s casting, so we do believe it’s true. But it raises more questions about who she might be playing in the film.
The most popular theory so far is that she could be playing Mayday Parker, somehow trapped on Earth 616. However, at this point it’s just pure speculation.
What do you think of Sink being the latest addition to the next Avengers movie? Could it mean that even more casting announcements are on the horizon? Sound off below!
